We collect contact, appointment, payment, and health-intake information to schedule services, provide and document care, communicate with you, maintain required records, and operate the practice.
- Health and contact records are kept in access-restricted, password-protected cloud services used to operate the practice: Supabase (our database), Vercel (hosts this website) and Google (email, calendar, and storage of encrypted backup files).
- Backups of the database are encrypted before they are stored and are kept for up to 60 days (30 days, plus up to 30 more if a file sits in Google Drive’s trash), so a record that has been erased from the live database can remain in an encrypted backup for that long.
- We do not sell personal or sensitive data or use health information for targeted advertising.
- We disclose information only to service providers supporting these purposes, when you authorize it, or when law requires it.
- You may request access or correction by phone or email. Deletion requests remain subject to legal record-retention duties, including the Texas massage-record minimum.
Marketing email is optional and may be stopped at any time. Appointment and safety messages may still be sent as part of the service you request.
